Game data and advertising
Ribbix does not require a Wise Hyena Press account. The game stores level progress, daily streaks, settings, and ad cooldown information in local app storage. Ribbix does not send those saved game records to Wise Hyena Press. On Android, your backup settings may allow Google to back up and restore app data. You can clear local game data through Android's app storage settings or by uninstalling the app. Manage any backups separately through your device's backup settings.
Ribbix for Android uses Google AdMob to serve interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Closed-test builds use Google's demo ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share the following information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention:
- Your IP address, which Google may use to estimate your approximate location.
- App and ad interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad video views.
- Performance and diagnostic data, such as app launch time and app hangs.
- Device or account identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID, when available.
Ribbix currently requests non-personalized ads. Google may still use mobile identifiers to limit how often you see an ad and to report ad performance in aggregate.

Retention and your choices
We keep support emails and any information you include for as long as needed to handle your request. We limit access to those who need it to handle the request. Service providers handle and retain information under their own policies. Contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you shared with us.
